- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This surgery is a prime example of the failing, over stretched NHS service. Poor availability of appointments and opinionated rude staff. The waiting room is always packed and everytime i have been in there i have witnessed disgruntled patients. If you live in Gainsborough and require medical attention your best bet is to go to Scunthorpe a and e. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm applying for uni and I have to get a letter about my disability to go with my student loan application. I followed all of the steps that the receptionist told me to do: write a letter to the doctors explain what I need. Then after they called me I book an appointment to talk with doctor about it. He was very rude about it and told me that I had to get a letter from student finance before he can do anything. I'm very unhappy with the service I received.by ImTomThorneJuly 27, 2017
